How AI usage works
Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. Here is what draws from it, and what happens if it runs out.
What each plan includes
The amount resets at the start of every billing period. Whatever you don't use doesn't roll over to the next one.

What uses it
Every AI feature draws from the same allowance:
- Jordan answering visitors on your recruitment pages
- Jordan answering visitors on your own website
- Remi, your AI coach inside the back office, who also writes your posts, captions and prospect replies
Longer conversations use more than short ones, because the AI reads the conversation so far each time it replies. A visitor who chats for a while uses more than one who asks a single question.
When it runs out
You can:
- wait for it to reset at the start of your next billing period,
- move to a higher plan, which includes more usage, or
- top up with AI credits, which never expire and are only used once the included usage runs out.
Until then Jordan tells visitors the assistant is offline rather than pretending to answer, and you get a notification. Your back office shows how much of this period's included usage you have used and when it resets.
